Articulate Lawn Sprinklers is owned and operated by both Philip Jamieson and Cecile Kirouac. Philip is hands on in the field with his crew. He meets with clients and addresses all aspects of irrigation from quotes to troubleshooting. Cecile manages the office administration and serves customers through telephone and e-mail. Our previous combined business management experience along with strong values in customer service make us strive for a better overall customer service relationship experience.
